VIP tier upgrades depend on a member's overall activity — specific turnover thresholds are not disclosed; b88 determines tier levels based on its own assessment.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet or game is completed, it is considered final. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, a decision will be made based on b88's records. Server logs shall be treated as the definitive evidence.

5.2 Changes to Odds

5.3 Cancelled and Drawn Matches

10.2 Account Closure by Member's Own Choice

Any member may close their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned. If wagering requirements related to a bonus are not yet met, that bonus balance will be cancelled.

10.3 Account Suspension or Closure by b88

b88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• If there is evidence of a breach of the Terms or fraud;
• If registration was completed using false information;

• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
